LLC “ManulGaz” is authorised by the manufacturer to provide warranty and post-warranty service, maintenance and repair of TENZORA SR2 regulators in Ukraine.
What we do
Warranty service
Handling of claims and warranty repair of products purchased from LLC “ManulGaz”.
Post-warranty repair
Repair and restoration of equipment after the warranty period has ended.
Maintenance
Maintenance of TENZORA SR2 regulators in accordance with the operating manual.
Personnel training
Training of operating companies’ personnel in the operation and repair of SR2 regulators.
Warranty terms
- TENZORA SR2 regulators
- 24 months from commissioning, but no more than 30 months from the date of sale
- JLY-CP100 leak detector
- 12 months from the date of sale
- YC-100 laser gas detector
- 12 months from the date of sale
The warranty applies provided that the rules of transport, storage, installation and operation are observed. For SR2 regulators, claims are accepted only if the passport contains installation and commissioning records.
